Rates and Insurance

I am currently able to accept  BCBSIL PPO, Aetna, Cigna, United Health Care, Oxford and Oscar Health.  If you have any fo these insurance providers please reach out for a benefits check.

 For all other insurance companies, I am considered an out-of-network provider. On a monthly basis, I am more than happy to provide superbills upon request or completed insurance forms for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursements.

If you will not be using insurance, services range from $100 to $180 depending on duration and type of service. The charge for the initial assessment session is $175 and most individual therapy sessions are approximately $150 per session.  Payment is expected at the time of each session.

 If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a fee of $75.00 the first time and then the full session fee thereafter.
